Collective Table Project was established Tokyo in 2020. Together we envisaged a space which would showcase high quality food with an unbiased approach. We values transparent sourcing and cultivating relationships between farmers, chefs and customers. In 2020, Collective Table will open its doors in Higashiikebukuro, Tokyo. and will expand our presence soon after to the establishment.

THE COFFEE

Our coffee menu features local and international roasters on a rotational basis. All the coffees we select for our menu are chosen in blind cuppings for their cup quality and flavour. We also regularly feature our own roasted coffee, transparently sourced through our relationships with importers and producers.
